(OTC PINK: SRMX) is pleased to announce that it has sold some of its developed interests in the PetCARE Television Network, LLC ("PetCARE TV") to Health Media Networks (HMN), a leading digital Point of Care media company. These interests, in a place-based veterinary digital waiting room network, were part of the Company''s Digital Division. PetCARE TV is a national digital television network dedicated to providing educational programing to pet parents across the country. The PetCARE TV network was originally launched in 1989 and has been delivering quality educational content to veterinarian offices for over 25 years.
