Forty- year old Jamie Evans has officially launched a Kickstarter campaign for garnering widespread support and financial backing for the production of a documentary film entitled “I Proudly Wear Orange”.
(firmenpresse) - Salt Lake City, Utah – Forty- year old Jamie Evans has officially launched a Kickstarter campaign for garnering widespread support and financial backing for the production of a documentary film entitled “I Proudly Wear Orange”. Funding raised from the Kickstarter campaign will be used for production and distribution of the film.
Diagnosed with Leukemia CML September 28, 2015 and having battled the cancer ever since, I have had a very hard time finding any useful information regarding his disease and exactly what he was in for while living with CML. Therefore for this project, I want produce a documentary telling the Real story about Leukemia CML and how Cannabis can fight the cancer and win.
“During my first week of being diagnosed I spent hour after hour, day after day researching CML and the fight ahead. I found most of the information to be fluff and it did not explain that I was going to be in constant pain, develop massive sores, and have a change in personality. I want to help others that are newly diagnosed and need help. “
The documentary intends to explore the power of Rick Simpson Oil by visiting Colorado, California and Oregon to see how it is made and its medicinal properties. Evans is looking to move to a pure Rick Simpson Oil and Leafy plant based diet and possibly eliminate the Chemo medication.
‘Backers’ of the Kickstarter campaign will receive ‘Rewards’ ranging from a placement of their name in the documentary’s Rolling Credits for a pledge $20 or more, to receiving an honorable mention in the film for a pledge of $40 or more.
The Kickstarter campaign seeks pledges in the amount of $5,000 or more and is officially open until August 6, 2016.
