During the three-day event, premier sponsor Glint will present two sessions that highlight how employee engagement best practices can positively impact organizational, team, and individual performance. In addition, Glint representatives will be on hand at Booth No. 26 to showcase the latest Glint innovations that help organizations achieve improved employee engagement and business performance.
This year''s conference theme -- "Driving an Engaged Culture Through Leadership Accountability" -- is a perfect backdrop to highlight Glint''s mission: to help people be happier and more successful at work. Glint will host two sessions at the conference. The first, led by Justin Black, director of Organizational Development Science, is an interactive workshop to help HR professionals align their organizations'' leadership teams around employee engagement. Attendees will work together to build a shared accountability framework that they can begin to use immediately to boost engagement and achieve performance goals.

In Bakst''s session, attendees will learn how to overhaul their feedback systems to create a culture of frequent feedback -- both employee-to-company and manager-to-employee -- that will result in improved organizational performance. Bakst will describe the concrete steps that Vox Media and other well-known companies have taken to reinvigorate their employee engagement programs.
