Prior to his role at VMware, Rauch served as vice president of enterprise channel sales in the Americas at HP, overseeing a multi-billion dollar enterprise channel. He has also held roles in direct sales at HP and began his career at Compaq. His work in the channel has received critical acclaim and Rauch was most recently to CRN''s list of 2016 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs, plus over 50 other awards and recognition in his channel career.
