("Western") (TSX: WRG) announces that it intends to release its 2016 second quarter financial and operating results after market close on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 and has scheduled a conference call and webcast to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. MDT (12:00 p.m. EDT) on Wednesday, July 27, 2016.

A live webcast of the conference call will be accessible on Western''s website at by selecting "Investors", then "Webcasts". Shortly after the live webcast, an archived version will be available for approximately 14 days.
