Anthem and Crestpoint Announce Commercial Real Estate Partnership
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/09/16 -- Anthem Properties Group and Crestpoint Real Estate Investments announced today a new partnership to co-own a portfolio of 11 shopping centres located in BC and Alberta with an aggregate gross leasable area of more than 1.3 million square feet.

The deal, brokered by CBRE, took place in two tranches that closed in early July 2016 and had a gross value of more than CAD $362 million.
