Ms. Mei joins Min Kuang, John King Burns and David Yoo, who were all re-elected at the Meeting, on the board of directors of the Company. Also at the Meeting, SunRonkai LLP was reappointed as auditor of the Company and the Company''s incentive stock option plan was re-approved.
