Darnley Bay Resources Limited Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/04/16 -- Darnley Bay Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DBL) ("Darnley Bay" or the "Company") announces that a total of 2,300,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company were granted on June 29, 2016 to directors, officers and consultants at an exercise price of $0.15 per share, expiring on June 29, 2021, all subject to the terms and conditions of the Company''s stock option plan.
The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
