Teekay Corporation Declares Dividend
(firmenpresse) - HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/01/16 -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay or the Company) (NYSE: TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.055 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. The cash dividend is payable on August 17, 2016 to all shareholders of record as at July 29, 2016.
