The announcement comes on the heels of Alorica announcing that is has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire Expert Global Solutions (EGS) to form a new global customer experience organization. Adding outstanding executive management and continuing to lead the industry with innovative and impactful solutions is key," said Chris Crowley, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Alorica. Hopkins joins Alorica after serving as Chief Customer Officer at ServiceSource where he led customer success and go-to-market strategies. His extensive executive experience includes leadership roles at customer service and technology companies, including:
