Norrep Capital Management Ltd. Announces Risk Rating Change
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/29/16 -- Norrep Capital Management Ltd. ("Norrep") announced today that as a result of its annual review of the risk ratings of the investment funds it manages, which is based on the methodology recommended by the Fund Risk Classification Task Force of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada, it has determined to change the risk rating of Norrep Income Growth Class (the "Fund") from "Low to Medium" to "Medium".
The change will be reflected in the simplified prospectus of the Fund, which will be filed with Canadian securities regulators in connection with the Fund''s June 2016 annual renewal.
The investment objectives and strategies of the Fund will not change as a result.
