IBC Advanced Alloys Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/28/16 -- (TSX VENTURE: IB) (OTCQB: IAALF) ("IBC" or the "Company") has granted incentive stock options to directors and officers of the Company, as well as to senior management and key employees of its wholly owned operating subsidiaries, to purchase up to 741,500 common shares of the Company. Directors and officers were granted 603,000 options.
The options have an exercise price of C$0.77, are exercisable until June 27, 2021 and vest over three years. The options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company''s 2015 stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
