Munich – Monday, 27th June 2016 – Speexx, the leading provider of online language training, has been selected as Runner-Up in the Blended Learning category of the 2016 International E-Learning Awards, given by the International E-Learning Association. The award ceremony was held on Friday, 17th June, at the ICELW Conference in New York.
The International E-Learning Awards (IELA) are awarded on an annual basis for the best projects and solutions in e-learning, mobile learning, and blended learning. Submissions are evaluated by the IELA Awards Committee who look for a sound underlying pedagogical model, usability, and overall significance, among other factors.
The 2016 award entries came from all over the world, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Turkey, Germany and the UK. Over the past 3 years, Speexx has been among the top nominated candidates, winning the award for 2 consecutive years in 2013 and 2014 and in 2015 receiving an honourable mention, all awards and accreditations obtained for the category ‘Blended Learning’.
Speexx offers this online language training solution, which combines self-paced e-learning tools with professional coaching and live communication skills training for Business English, Spanish, German, Italian and French.
