West Mountain Environmental Provides Update Regarding Demand for Payment of Convertible Bond

(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: WMT) announces that the holder of the convertible 6.5% secured bond has advised the Company that it will not proceed with enforcement against the Company before July 5, 2016, allowing the parties more time to conclude a possible resolution.
