Tech Leaders Income Fund Approves Amendments
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/23/16 -- (TSX: TLF.UN) Brompton Funds Limited, the Manager of (the "Fund"), is pleased to announce that at a special meeting of unitholders (the "Unitholders") held today, Unitholders approved an extraordinary resolution to amend the Fund''s investment objectives, investment strategy and investment restrictions. Unitholders voted 97.9% in favour of the extraordinary resolution.
The amendments are designed to accomplish the following:
The management fee will not be increased as a result of the additional work associated with the amendments, nor will any redemption rights or other Unitholder rights be altered.
