Uranium Participation Announces Annual Meeting Voting Results
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/22/16 -- Uranium Participation Corporation ("UPC" or the "Corporation") (TSX: U) is pleased to announce that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("Annual Meeting") were elected as directors of the Corporation. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting yesterday in Toronto are set out below.
UPC shareholders also approved the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the Corporation for the ensuing year at the remuneration to be fixed by directors.
