Plants to Leverage Extensive Background in Developing Advanced Candidate Selection Systems in New Associate Role

In this role, she will be integral to enhancing Shaker''s Virtual Job Tryout® technology and developing new assessment experiences that meet complex client needs and help employers hire candidates who deliver superior results.

Before joining Shaker, Plants served as a consultant and psychometrician for The Aldridge Group, where she was responsible for data management and analyses and for developing talent management tools and processes to assist in recruiting and candidate selection. She was previously an external research contractor for the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, leading data analyses and preparing research manuscripts. Plants also served as an occupational safety compliance consultant for Manhattan Consultants Incorporated, where she developed interactive web-based safety training and conducted job hazard analyses.
Plants received a B.A. in psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University and an M.A. and a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. She is a regular speaker at various industrial-organizational psychology events and an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
