Founders Advantage Capital Corp. Appoints Gary Mauris to Board of Directors

(TSX VENTURE: FCF) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that Gary Mauris has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Mr. Mauris is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Lending Centres ("DLC") and will be considered a non-independent director as the Corporation has recently acquired a 60% interest in DLC.
