European Strategic Balanced Fund Announces No Quarterly Distribution to Be Paid
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/16 -- European Strategic Balanced Fund (TSX: EBF.UN) (the "Fund") announces today that no quarterly distribution will be paid to unitholders of record on June 30, 2016 as the NAV per Unit has not exceeded the Fund''s threshold of $10.00.
As required by the Fund''s Declaration of Trust, no quarterly distribution will be paid until the NAV per Unit exceeds $10.00 as of the date of any such distribution. The amount of distributions paid by the Fund (if any) may fluctuate from quarter to quarter and there can be no assurance that the Fund will be able to achieve its quarterly distribution policy or make payments on any distribution payment date.
