Aspen 24S Battery Offers Robust, Sustainable Solution for Off-Grid Applications

The new product is designed for energy-intensive applications that use solar panels, such as off-grid solar-powered LED lighting, as well as small pumps and motors. It is also an ideal drop-in replacement for existing systems using 24-volt lead-acid batteries.
More than 700 Aspen 24S batteries are already operating in a demanding field environment in Thailand. In the first quarter of 2016, Aquion completed an installation at . The project successfully demonstrates the 24-volt battery under real-use autonomous conditions, connected to solar panels and energy-efficient LED lighting.
