Building Pros Reaches Diamond Certified Level of Quality

​Building Pros, a home remodeling company in Danville, Calif., has been named a Diamond Certified company, which guarantees excellence in quality. Building Pros received the Diamond Certified symbol in January.

To be eligible for Diamond Certified award, a local service company has to request the rating from American Ratings Corporation (ARC) and endure each level of a 12-step rating and certification process. ARC polled a random sample of previous Building Pros customers. ARC researchers talked with 150 customers by telephone. The customers rated Building Pros on a scale of one to 10 for quality, and the customers discussed their willingness to go back to Building Pros for more work or refer other consumers to the company.

Building Pros received a customer satisfaction score of 90 percent to be eligible for Diamond Certified. In addition, ARC verifies liability and workers€™ compensation insurance, state license status, complaint status, business practices, financial stability and legal judgment status. Once declared as Diamond Certified, Building Pros will endure ongoing customer satisfaction surveys are conducted to ensure each Diamond Certified company is maintaining its high customer satisfaction.

As a design/build contractor, the company has the in-house capabilities to handle every phase of its clients€™ projects, and it also utilizes a variety of Green building techniques to make their homes more energy-efficient.
