Tuckamore Capital Management Inc. Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/17/16 -- Tuckamore Capital Management Inc. (TSX: TX)(TSX: TX.DB.A)("Tuckamore" or the "Company") is pleased to provide the results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held June 17, 2016 in Toronto (the "Meeting").
At the Meeting, each of the six nominees proposed by management was elected to serve as a director of the Company to hold office for the ensuing year or until his or her successor is elected or appointed. The numbers in respect of the vote are based on the proxies received.
Shareholders at the Meeting also approved the re-appointment of Tuckamore''s auditors, Ernst & Young LLP. Additionally, shareholders approved a special resolution to change the name of the Company to "ClearStream Energy Services Inc." or a variation thereof. Further information will be provided upon the name change coming into effect.
