Pacific Iron Ore Corporation Announces Cancellation and Issuance of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/17/16 -- Pacific Iron Ore Corporation (TSX VENTURE: POC) reports that it has cancelled an aggregate of 52,500 options to purchase common shares of the Company previously granted under its stock option plan to certain directors, officers and employees of the Corporation. The cancelled options had an exercise price of $4.50 per share and expired June 6, 2020. The Company has issued 63,785 options to purchase common shares of the Company to a consultant of the Company in accordance with the Company''s formal stock option plan approved by shareholders. The issued options are exercisable at a price of $.16 per share and expire ten years from the date of grant.
