Trez Capital Senior Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces Voting Results from 2016 Annual and Special Meeting and Approval of Orderly Wind-Up
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/16/16 -- Trez Capital Senior Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSX: TZS) (the "Company") announced today that the special resolution authorizing the orderly wind-up of the Company pursuant to an orderly wind-up plan, as described in the management information circular of the Company dated May 17, 2016 (the "Circular"), was approved by the shareholders at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held today (the "Meeting").
In addition, each of the nominees for election as a director listed in the Circular was elected as a director of the Company at the Meeting. Proxies in respect of the election of directors of the Company were received as follows:
The resolution adopting the Company''s shareholder rights plan, as described in the Circular, was also approved by shareholders at the Meeting. Results on all matters voted on at the Meeting are available on SEDAR at .
