One can€™t fail to be moved by the story of young Rowan Stringer; a 17-year-old girl from Barrhaven, a suburb of Ottawa, ON, who died in May 2013 after suffering three concussions in less than a week while playing high school rugby. Initiated by Rowan€™s family and driven by many MPP, Ontario€™s legislature passed €œRowan€™s Law€Â, Canada€™s first concussion legislation, on June 7th, 2016.
