Verifi Hires Ronald B. Cushey as Sr. Vice President & CFO
Industry Veteran Joins Verifi During Period of Explosive Growth & Global Expansion

In his new position, Mr. Cushey will be responsible for partnering with the senior management team in helping to drive the strategic growth of the business. He will help support the current international strategy expansion as well as focus on supporting the financial operations of Verifi.
Mr. Cushey brings over 35 years of executive, financial expertise to the company and most recently served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Hulu where he established and implemented FP&A best practices and developed a world class FP&A organization. In this role, he was responsible for driving analysis of the business and clearly defining and communicating the company''s financial strategy and vision for new levels of growth and profitability. Prior to Hulu, Mr. Cushey was the Vice President of Finance, Control & Administration at Sony Network Entertainment (SNE) where his responsibilities included driving all domestic and international financial analysis and reporting, financial and accounting processes and controls, SOX compliance, risk management, treasury functions, facilities and other related activities.
He joined SNE from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where, as Managing Director of the Los Angeles office, Mr. Cushey oversaw such client activities as acquisition integration analysis, new media and convergence initiatives, market analysis, licensing management, piracy issues, SOX compliance, and asset securitizations and financial due diligence. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of various entertainment and media companies including, LIVE Entertainment, The Hollywood Stock Exchange and Nelson Holdings International Ltd./Nelson Entertainment Group. Mr. Cushey is a CPA in the state of California.
