Camping World Holdings, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

("Camping World") announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan are serving as joint lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse are also acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Baird, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities and Stephens Inc. are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
