Orbite Announces its Annual Shareholders Meeting
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/09/16 -- Orbite Technologies Inc. (TSX: ORT)(OTCQX: EORBF) ("Orbite" or the "Company") announced today that, as mentioned during the May 13, 2016 conference call, it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on June 22, 2016.
The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting was set at May 13, 2016. The Company''s related meeting materials, including the management information circular, were mailed to shareholders of record and are currently available on .

Orbite will also be broadcasting the meeting live via a public Webcast. To listen to the meeting, please visit prior to the start of the meeting and follow the registration instructions. The meeting will be held in English and French, with simultaneous translation into in both languages. The webcast will be available in French and English.
