Gamehost announces that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held May 10, 2016 (the "Meeting"), all directors nominated as listed in the information circular dated March 31, 2016 were elected. Detailed results are provided below:
A ballot was not required for the election of directors. The number of votes disclosed reflects only the proxies received by management of the Company in advance of the Meeting.
Other business of the Meeting resulted in:
Gamehost is a corporation established under the laws of the Province of Alberta. The Company''s operations are all located in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Operations of the Company include the Boomtown Casino in Ft. McMurray, the Great Northern Casino, Service Plus Inns & Suites hotel and a strip mall all located in
Grande Prairie. The Company has a 91% controlling interest in Deerfoot Inn & Casino Inc. who operates the Deerfoot Inn & Casino in S.E. Calgary.
