ecoDMS Announces New Version and Products
ecoDMS GmbH moves to the next level. Autumn 2016 will see the release of a new ecoDMS major release and brand new software products.
(firmenpresse) - Aachen, June 2016. Anyone following the lifecycle of the ecoDMS archiving solution will already suspect that a new ecoDMS version is in the making for 2016. As of today it is official. ecoDMS GmbH sets the pace. Users of the successful data management system can look forward to the brand new ecoDMS release 16.XX (eleanor). This, together with two completely new software products, will see the light of day in autumn 2016.
The developers at ecoDMS GmbH are adding some excitement to the release. As of today, new product secrets and schedules will be revealed at irregular intervals on the ecoDMS website at www.ecodms.de. This much can already be said: At ecoDMS GmbH everything revolves around the topic "Archiving 2.0". There will be some new functions, optimisations and surprises for ecoDMS users. The development of the archive is in full swing and also includes the requests and requirements of ecoDMS users. The legally certain e-mail management solution ecoMAILZ and the smart archive manager ecoSAM will also enhance the product portfolio with two very interesting and independent systems.
One of the main innovations at ecoDMS is the first "life-long licence price guarantee". This will benefit all existing and new customers of the archiving solution. The excellent and new pricing model offers a life-long and absolute price stability.
Eleanor will be available at a gross price of 69 Euro. "Only the early bird catches the worm". The licence price will always remain at 49 Euro for all customers who are using the current full version 14.08 (krusty). Thanks to the ecoDMS lifetime license price guarantee, customers can always purchase the archiving system at same licence price. The official licence price at the time of purchase will apply to each future purchase of a major release.
The principle is simple. If a customer has purchased the current krusty release, the upgrade to the next version 16.XX (eleanor) will continue to cost 49 Euro per licence instead of 69 Euro. Customers who purchase all ecoDMS major releases can thus purchase the full version at the same original licence price of 49 Euro. For those who do not yet have a licence, there is still the chance to purchase the lifetime license price guarantee at 49 Euro per licence until autumn.
With ecoMAILZ and ecoSAM, ecoDMS GmbH will take another big step forward this year. Business customers can look forward to ecoMAILZ, a legally certain e-mail management software for companies. Businesses can implement customised, legally compliant and audit-proof e-mail archiving with ecoMAILZ. The user can interact with the archive and manage e-mails professionally without losing sight of project-related conversations.
Comprehensive backup and restore options can also be implemented in future with a new container storage system, the new smart archive manager ecoSAM. The automated import functions offer space for innovative ideas for archiving and classifying data. Documents can be imported and classified automatically from the file system. For e-mails these processes can be implemented directly from the specified e-mailbox.
