B. Keith Trent Appointed to TRC''s Board of Directors

Mr. Trent had a distinguished career with Duke Energy, most recently serving as Executive Vice President Grid Solutions and President Midwest and Florida Regions.

Following a 15-year career as an attorney, Mr. Trent joined Duke in 2002. Mr. Trent has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a law degree from the University of Texas.
