(TSX VENTURE: KNE), a biotechnology company engaged in the development and commercialization of products that prevent and remove microbial biofilms is pleased to announce that at the Company''s Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 2, 2016 (the "Meeting"), the following individuals were elected to the board of directors: Philip Renaud (Chairman), Dr. Arvind Joshi, Mark Nawacki, Dr. Sarah Prichard, Mark Ahrens-Townsend and Marc Edwards. Each Director is to serve for a term of one year or until their successors are elected or appointed.
