Long Zone Holdings Announces Acquisition of Knight Therapeutics Inc. Common Shares
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/16 -- Long Zone Holdings Inc. ("the Corporation") announced that pursuant to a previously announced prospectus offering ("the Offering") by Knight Therapeutics Inc. ("Knight"), it has today acquired ownership of 45,000 common shares of Knight ("the Acquired Shares") representing approximately 0.03% of the outstanding common shares of Knight. The Acquired Shares were acquired at a price of $8.00 per common share for an aggregate consideration of $360,000.
Prior to the Offering and the acquisition of the Acquired Shares, the Corporation, together with Jonathan Ross Goodman, the president, shareholder and sole director of the Corporation, held 21,778,508 common shares of Knight representing approximately 21.0% of the outstanding common shares of Knight. As a result of the acquisition of the Acquired Shares pursuant to the Offering, the Corporation, together with Jonathan Ross Goodman, owns 21,823,508 common shares of Knight representing approximately 16.5% of the outstanding common shares of Knight.
The Acquired Shares were acquired for investment purposes only. The Corporation may acquire additional common shares or otherwise trade in securities of Knight from time to time depending on market conditions and other considerations.
