CERF Incorporated Announces Issuance of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/31/16 -- CERF Incorporated (the "Company" or "CERF") (TSX VENTURE: CFL) announces that options to purchase 900,000 common shares of the Company were granted today to officers, employees and consultants of the Company with an exercise price of $0.48 per share. The options have been granted pursuant to CERF''s 10% rolling stock option plan and will expire five years from the date of grant. All of the options will vest as to one third thereof on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant.
The foregoing options have been granted following the recently announced changes to CERF''s divisional management team and following the addition of new employees.
