Vision Capital Partners Announces the Acquisition of American Star Funding, LLC.

American Star Funding LLC, has been acquired by Vision Capital Partners, an alternative finance company based in Utah which handles a broad range of capital solutions including short-term bridge financing, and permanent real estate financing.

American Star Funding is a direct lending company focused on short-term bridge and long-term loans for commercial real estate. It provides senior secured, asset backed, real estate loans from $250,000 to $25,000,000 for apartments, industrial warehouse, medical, mixed-use and office buildings, retail strip centers, self-storage units and non-owner occupied single family homes.

American Star Financing will be operated under the Vision Commercial Finance umbrella and its clients will now receive all communications from Vision Commercial Finance.
