(OTC PINK: NSRS) is pleased to announce they have entered into a joint agreement with Island Capital S.A. for an ownership position in POTEN. POTEN is a treatment using F.D.A. approved pharmaceuticals for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Unlike Viagra, Cialis, and other leading drugs in this sector, POTEN shows no additional concerns with individuals that suffer from type 2 diabetes. North Springs Resources Group hopes to finalize the patent over the next ninety days.
