Net sales for the fiscal year ended February 29, 2016 were $171,644,000 compared to $161,498,000 in the fiscal year ended February 28, 2015. The Company had net earnings of $488,000, or $.21 per diluted share. This compares to net earnings of $242,000, or $.11 per diluted share, in the prior fiscal year.
