LLR Corporate Program Taught at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
The LLR Corporate Program was created to equip companies with the right information to develop high-performance leaders, improve employee engagement, productivity and retention and attract high-caliber new talent in order to create a culture change within their organization.
(firmenpresse) - The LLR Corporate Education Program (LLRC) has quickly become one of Life Leadership€™s most sought-after products. Based on the New York Times bestseller -Launching a Leadership Revolution, by Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady, the LLR Corporate Program is designed not just to train employees, but to gradually and effectively develop existing talent into engaged, contributing and go-to leaders.
Because of the effectiveness of the program, one university faculty member made the decision to use Course 1 of the LLRC Program as the basis for his 3-credit summer course called Leadership for Managers, at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Dr. David Schalow is an entrepreneur who has built a million dollar real estate business, has a PhD in Finance, has industry experience in insurance, investments and real estate and has over 30 years of teaching experience at major universities. Dr. Schalow had several positive comments regarding the effectiveness of the program and he is excited to use Life Leadership''s LLRC Course 1 program as the foundation for his Business 322 leadership class at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Dr. Schalow has taught leadership at the university level for many years, but had actually stopped teaching it because he was so disappointed in the typical leadership textbook materials that were available.
He states, €œThe traditional treatment was so boring and oriented around theory and the students weren€™t receiving legitimate value beyond three more credits to use toward graduation. There was nothing in the books that they could really €œuse€ every day to transform their lives."
When he saw the materials in the LLRC Program and noticed that it included some of the classic books in the leadership field, he was immediately interested:
Schalow continues, €œThe choice of books and supplemental audios are amazing. Each one of the books and audios has the potential to be a life changing experience for the students, if they come to the table with the right attitude. In fact, even if they don€™t have the right attitude, the materials will help them develop the right attitude.€Â
Schalow is passionate about changing students€™ lives and he is excited about the potential to do that with the LLRC Program because it gives him the raw material to help them in the key areas that are necessary for them to succeed in the areas of leadership, attitude, people skills, developing trust and respect, performance and communication.
€œImagine how their lives are going to change for the better after exposure to this life-changing information. I am really excited to be able to facilitate this leadership course using the Life Leadership materials. Now the pressure is really on. The course materials are awesome, now it is up to me to be awesome!" -- Dr. David Schalow (Ph.D, CLU, ChFC, CFA, CFP, Business Faculty, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point)
Currently, the LLR Corporate Education Program subscription includes 1 book and 4 audios monthly, and is available for 6, 12 or 18 months and each course includes test questions, answers and a certificate of completion.
