TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GARB OIL & POWER CORPORATION
Last month the Company changed Auditors on April 15th as was announced in an 8-K filed with the SEC. We have completed and filed to date with the SEC to become Current SEC Reporting.
Our immediate focus is to obtain continuous revenues. While our first product being developed is to include recovered rubber in producing retread tires and as an alternate fuel source in the generation of electric power, we are also reviewing our options available in the overall energy industry. The Company is moving forward in completing the purchase of the entire warehouse complex that we are currently only leasing a portion of in order to have the warehouse capacity for new tires, recycle equipment and to house our research & development facility.
We are continuing the corporate action process in order to be able to encourage greater interest in the Company''s common stock and enhance the marketability of our common stock to the financial community, investing public and shareholders of targeted companies we desire to acquire, as well as promote greater liquidity for our shareholders.
