(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/18/16 -- Eagle Energy Inc. ("Eagle") (TSX: EGL) confirms its May 2016 dividend. The cash dividend to be paid on June 23, 2016, in respect of the period from May 1, 2016 to May 31, 2016, for shareholders of record on May 31, 2016 will be $0.01 per common share. The ex-dividend date is May 27, 2016.
Eagle''s dividend has been designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
