("Gold Ridge" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: GEA.H) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jeff Decter as President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Robert Thomas as Chief Financial Officer. Messrs. Decter and Thomas were previously announced as Directors of the Corporation in its news release dated April 27, 2016.
Mr. Decter brings both private and public company experience to the Corporation. He has been the President of Integrity Financial Corp. since 1998. He consolidated a suite of sales and financing strategies that continue to adapt with technology to remain relevant in that fast-changing space.
Mr. Robert Thomas has served as the President of a private education company based in Western Canada since 1997. He has acted in both management and board capacities on a variety of private and public companies over the past 22 years. Mr. Thomas has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan.
The Corporation is pleased to have these gentlemen apply their skills in anticipation of identifying new business opportunities in the technology sector.
