Company Currently In Negotiations To Acquire Additional Chiropractic & Rehab Centers In Dallas- Fort Worth Area
(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 05/17/16 -- Dig-it Underground, Inc. (OTC PINK: DIGX), released today plans to expand the Company''s growing presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The recently announced acquisition of Expressions Chiropractic and Rehab, P.A. located in Cedar Hill, Texas, is the first of several potential acquisitions of Chiropractic and Rehab Centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.
"We are currently in negotiations to acquire additional facilities in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area that will complement our recent entrance into the healthcare industry," Leonid Chernyakhovsky, President of Dig-it Underground, Inc. said.
The Expressions offices are currently located in Cedar Hill, Dallas, and North Richland Hills, Texas, and the Company''s area of anticipated expansion is currently concentrated in the Dallas-Fort Worth Texas Metroplex. "While evaluating our plans for continued growth in the healthcare industry, it just made sense to expand upon our established presence in the area. The Dallas-Fort Worth area is a wonderful, booming community that we are proud to be apart of," Chernyakhovsky concluded.
