BCM Resources Corporation: Grant of Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/16/16 -- BCM Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE: B), the "Company" announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 690,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers & employees of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.28 per share for a period of 5 years from May 16, 2016.
The incentive stock options were granted in accordance with the Company''s stock option plan.
