Pinetree Capital Ltd. Announces Appointment of Susan E. Fox as Chief Financial Officer

Peter Tolnai, CEO, is pleased to announce that Susan E. Fox has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Pinetree Capital Ltd., effective today. The Company''s former CFO, Carmelo Marrelli has resigned. Marrelli Services Ltd. will continue to provide bookkeeping and accounting services to the Company.
Ms. Fox CPA, CA, has held senior financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer at several small and medium sized public and private companies, including one other TSX-listed issuer. She has deep experience with several venture-capital backed operating companies.
