SEMAFO Announces Re-Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/16 -- SEMAFO (TSX: SMF)(OMX: SMF) announces that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 12, 2016, all directors nominated in the 2016 management proxy circular were re-elected. A total of 222,815,641 common shares or 80.05% of our issued and outstanding common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
