Altus Group Announces Voting Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/12/16 -- Altus Group Limited ("Altus Group" or "the Company") (TSX: AIF) a leading provider of independent advisory services, software, and data solutions to the global commercial real estate industry, today released final voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders ("the Meeting") held on May 12, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario. A total of 26,307,620 common shares, representing 71.18% of the 36,961,229 issued and outstanding common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the Meeting.
Each of the nominees proposed for election as listed in the Company''s Management Information Circular dated March 21, 2016, was elected as a director by a majority of votes to serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The motion with respect to the appointment of the Company''s auditor, Ernst & Young LLP was also approved by a majority of votes. A total of 25,958,491 (99.84%) of votes were in favour, with 42,256 votes (0.16%) withheld.
