(the "Company") (HKSE: 2012) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 7:00 a.m. on Monday, May 16, 2016 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 9:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on Monday, May 16, 2016), for the purposes of, approving the first quarter results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three month period ended March 31, 2016 and their publication.
