BOWMORE Private Placement Update
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/04/16 -- BOWMORE Explorations Ltd. (the "Company" or "BOWMORE") (TSX VENTURE: BOW)(FRANKFURT: 0B5) would like to provide an update to its Private Placement recently announced March 17, 2016 and that the Company is actively facilitating the closing of the Private Placement which the Company expects will occur on or before May 24, 2016. The Company has received conditional regulatory approval for the non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") for total gross proceeds of up to $750,000 (See news release dated March 17, 2016 for more details).
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to fund exploration work and working capital. Closing of the Private Placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The securities issued will be subject to a standard four month hold period.
