Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited Announces Voting Results of Annual General Meeting
(firmenpresse) - GUELPH, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/02/16 -- Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited (TSX: HMM.A) today announced in accordance with Toronto Exchange requirements, the voting results from its Annual General Meeting held May 2, 2016 in Guelph, Ontario.
Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as its outside auditors and the election of all director nominees as set out below.
Election of Directors
The following five nominees were elected to serve as directors of the Corporation until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed:
Appointment of Auditors
KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as auditors of the Corporation for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016 and the Directors are authorized to fix their remuneration.
