West Mountain Environmental Announces Extension of Maturity Date of Bond

(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: WMT) announces that the maturity date of its convertible 6.5% secured bond has been extended to May 6, 2016. The Company continues negotiations with the holder of the bond for a further deferral.
